The founder, Antonin Chartier created Jimmy Fairly in November 2010.
Today Jimmy Fairly has around ten stores internationally. In 2023, they celebrate the opening of their 100th store and the 1 million pairs donated as part of their solidarity commitment "Buy One Give One".
