Pigreco is a chair by the great master Tobia Scarpa, now reissued by the Tacchini brand. The historic headquarters was designed in 1959 with a strong and elegant style unchanged over time.
The Pigreco chair is the first product designed by Tobia Scarpa as a graduation project in architecture at the University of Venice with Professor Franco Albini. The exceptional intuition of the master Scarpa has generated a furnishing complement that, after 60 years, has not lost its appeal and contemporaneity, thanks to its avant-garde style dictated by clean lines that wrap the backrest and converge to draw the universal irrational number. Tacchini signs the reissue of this historic design piece with new finishes and materials, and a numbered certificate of authenticity that will be shipped with each chair.
