WHAT TO EXPECT?
Phase 1
THE PRE-PROJECT VISIT
After an initial consultation visit, I will study the characteristics of your project with you. Together, we will define your needs, your desires as well as the technical and budgetary constraints in order to arrive at an appropriate design.
- Taking measurements of the existing building and 2D plans.
- Proposals for the layout and reorganization of the space. (Possibly several versions)
- Volume view of the project
Phase 2
3D PROJECT DESIGN
Complete presentation of your future interior design, including 2D and 3D plans. We offer you a selection of furniture, coverings and decorative elements perfectly adapted to your project. In addition, we provide you with a detailed technical diagram for your future kitchen, dressing room, etc.

Phase 3
ARTISTIC DIRECTION OF THE PROJECT
This mission includes supporting the client in making decisions regarding the aesthetic and functional modifications and improvements they wish to make to their home.
This also includes help understanding quotes, selecting companies, assistance with planning, and advice on aesthetic solutions.
The client plays the role of Project Manager and Contracting Authority.
SERVICE 1.
Consultation visit
Discover your interior, your personality to best define your expectations, your needs in order to create your own interior, as accurately as possible.
Béatrice comes to your home to talk with you and offer you inspiration that best suits your tastes.
- One-hour consultation plus travel to the place of residence.
Price: €170 excluding VAT, service based solely on dialogue and exchange .
SERVICE 2.
advisory visit + 3D plans
After discovering your needs and defining your tastes during the consultation visit, Béatrice will take measurements, take a series of photographs and begin a detailed analysis of the room taking into account the volumes, the brightness, and the potential. Following this study, our interior designer will present you with a 3D plan of her vision.
- One and a half hour consultation as well as travel to the place of residence.
- 3D/2D plan depending on the number of rooms.
Price: €170/hour excluding VAT for the advisory visit .

Surface < 60m2 60€ HT/m2
Surface area from 61 to 120m2 €55 excl. tax/m2
Greater than 121m2 €45 excl. tax/m2

Full tracking

Béatrice does not claim a design, does not impose a style, does not dictate an aesthetic. Her philosophy: to realize a unique project, yours.

This formula includes:

Price:
- Less than €60,000 excluding tax of work: 10% excluding tax of invoices.
- From €60,000 to €120,000 excluding VAT: 9% excluding VAT of invoices.
- More than €120,000 excluding VAT: 8% excluding VAT of invoices.
Minimum billing €2100 excluding VAT.
