Founded in Milan in 2006, Studiopepe is a design and architecture agency composed of Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto.
Although Arianna and Chiara both graduated from the prestigious Milanese Politecnico, they met far from school, on a Mexican beach. Back from vacation, convinced of their mutual acquaintance, they created Studiopepe, in reference to Guglielmo Pepe, an Italian general who played a role in the Risorgimento, who incidentally bears the name of the street where they first settled.
